Kings Creek Union Chapel

Pastor Darrell Maze is a native of Weirton, WV and a '98' graduate of Brooke High School. After feeling the call of God on his life to be a pastor, he attained his "Bachelor's Degree in Religion' from Kentucky Mountain Bible College in '05'. He was married in '04' to Dianna Miller of Beach City, Ohio. They have one son named Ethan.

He considers himself blessed to serve as a pastor in the town in which he was born. Weirton is the town where most of his family has made their living and their memories. His desire is to bring the people of the valley into contact with the living God. This is his focus during the services at Kings Creek Union Chapel via. preaching, praying, singing and fellowship. He welcomes all who have a desire to know the truth and to live it.

Our Beliefs

We believe in God, our Heavenly Father, and in the Sanctification of the Spirit, and Holiness without which no man shall see the Lord, and we worship Him in spirit and in truth, trusting in the goodness of His eternal purpose.

As an expression of common loyalty, we have united in this church for Christian fellowship and to maintain public worship, combining our energies to further, more effectively, the purpose of our Master.

We cultivate a reverent and prayerful mind and strive, in the spirit of Christ, to live together in brotherly love, sharing one another's joys and one another's burdens.

We accept it as our duty to extend the knowledge of Christ and the ministry of Christianity in our community and throughout the world, and to encourage all public causes which make for the betterment of human lives and coming of the Kingdom of God.

Church Schedule

Sunday: Sunday School 10:00am; Worship Service 11:00am; Evening Service 7:00pm; You can have your blood pressure checked the first Sunday of every month, before Sunday School or after Worship Service. See AG & Denise Lucas

Monday: Youth Choir 6:00-7:00 pm;

Tuesday: Various weekly meetings (Check out News Page for more details)

Wednesday: Prayer meeting 6:30pm; First Wed. on the month is Missionary Night, all other Wednesdays are Bible Study at 7:00pm

Thursday: Women's Bible Study 10:00am

Saturday: First Saturday of every month is Men's Breakfast 8:00am at the Fellowship Hall
